What you will do

• Develop and maintain global trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide regulatory guidance on import/export operations and licensing.
• Monitor trade laws, sanctions, and embargoes to ensure compliance.
• Lead third-party screening and risk assessment programs.
• Enhance ERP and business systems with trade compliance solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into operations.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of experience in global trade compliance, preferably in semiconductor or technology industries.
• Must be proficient in US, EU, and international trade regulations including Customs, EAR, and sanctions laws.
• Location: Onsite in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP GTS and ERP system integration is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
