What you will do

  • Lead teams of technicians and installers for cabling projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute cabling installations.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess cabling requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose cabling issues.
  • Maintain documentation of cabling projects.
  • Serve as the main on-site customer contact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certifications in cabling systems are desirable.
  • 6+ years of experience in network cabling installations.
  • Proficiency in cabling tools and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75-80% of the time.
