What you will do

• Lead APAC trade compliance program ensuring compliance with export and import regulations.
• Interpret trade policies and provide regulatory guidance on compliance procedures and documentation.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment plans and compliance procedures across business units.
• Collaborate with business groups to embed trade compliance into operations and support ERP system enhancements.
• Oversee third-party screening and maintain accurate export control classifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customs brokers, and government agencies to resolve compliance issues.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Bade, Taiwan
• Experience: 10+ years in import/export compliance, preferably in semiconductor or technology industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations, valuations policies, and export controls.
• Proficiency with SAP GTS and strong technology skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
• BS/BA or advanced degree or equivalent experience.
