What you will do

• Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences across web & mobile platforms.
• Deliver User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes and prototypes.
• Drive design decisions through data by partnering with our analytics team.
• Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity.
• Coach and mentor more junior designers on the team in craft and development of key hard and soft skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in interaction design, product design, or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field.
• Experience designing products with high degrees of complexity and cross-product interdependencies.
• Deep knowledge of design principles, methods, layout and composition, interpreting and applying a standardized design system.
• Proficient in development hand-off, including QA-ing designs and articulating implementation details/specs in user stories.
• Mastery of Figma, auto-layout.

Nice to have

• Examples of user flow and information architecture diagrams.
• Illustration/Icon Design experience.
• Content design experience a plus.
• Experience with designing for financial software.
