What you will do
- Own NPI & MP projects and drive material readiness.
- Lead SCM & matrix teams for material shortage and excess management.
- Interact closely with global Tier-1 customers.
- Ensure material CTB and inbound pipeline readiness.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in all deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in NPI Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Strong logic thinking and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
