Compensation: $172,800 - $270,000

- Mentor engineers on production AI systems.
Requirements
- BS, MS or PhD in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with modern development practices (e.g., CI/CD).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
