• Onboard clients to the payroll product via video calls and email until full implementation.
• Provide a consultative, customized setup experience for clients.
• Understand client needs and gather feedback to improve the product.
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance payroll solutions.
• Share insights to shape the best client journey.

Requirements

• Native-level German speaker and fluent English.
• Knowledge of German payroll processes is essential.
• Experience with DATEV or similar German payroll software is a plus.
• Proactive approach to ensure full account activation and seamless implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in onboarding, implementation, or client success roles is a plus.
