Salary: €26,000 - €30,000 fixed annual salary plus bonuses and commissions

What you will do

  • Prospect and identify decision makers through LinkedIn and other channels
  • Qualify leads by understanding company pain points and presenting value propositions
  • Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and drive platform registrations
  • Report weekly activities, metrics, and insights to improve sales processes
  • Collaborate with the Mid-Market Sales team to achieve targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative in tech consultancy or startup/scaleup
  • Degree in engineering or management preferred, technical background is a plus
  • Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, and able to build relationships with technical and C-level profiles
  • Familiarity with startup ecosystem and technical sector jargon
  • Based in or able to work hybrid in Madrid
