Salary: €26,000 - €30,000 fixed annual salary plus bonuses and commissions

What you will do
- Prospect and identify decision makers through LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify leads by understanding company pain points and presenting value propositions
- Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and drive platform registrations
- Report weekly activities, metrics, and insights to improve sales processes
- Collaborate with the Mid-Market Sales team to achieve targets
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative in tech consultancy or startup/scaleup
- Degree in engineering or management preferred, technical background is a plus
- Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, and able to build relationships with technical and C-level profiles
- Familiarity with startup ecosystem and technical sector jargon
- Based in or able to work hybrid in Madrid
