Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually

What you will do

• Support execution of offsite humanoid robot deployments and data collection in residential environments including logistics and homeowner interface
• Lead cross-functional planning and coordination across Engineering and Pilot teams to meet Helix data collection goals
• Design and track key data collection metrics, perform analyses, and develop tools and dashboards to improve performance
• Define and refine data collection methodologies to support evolving Helix model needs

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in operations strategy, consulting, startup project management, or similar roles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to use data effectively
• Able to work well under pressure managing competing, time-sensitive demands
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and operational management tools
• Low ego, team player with a can-do attitude
• Location: Must be onsite in San Jose, CA

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics or AI data collection
