Firebird Tours, a travel company focused on the international market, is seeking a talented and hard-working candidate for the position of Cloud Applications Administrator.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- General maintenance of various cloud applications:
*platform infrastructure configuration and customization
*user, roles, and permission management
- Automation logic and workflows development
- Access management
- Integration setup with external systems and other cloud applications
- Knowledge base configuration (if applicable)
- AI features customization and development
- Communication with application vendors
- Application troubleshooting and incident management with the team
- On-demand reporting to stakeholders

Our key requirements are:
- Previous experience managing cloud applications,
like CRM, ERP, Task Management, and support systems, workspace applications
- Core understanding of SaaS eco-systems
- Core understanding of process and operational management
- Analytical and systems thinking
- English (intermediate) - ability to read and write technical documentation
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Desire to learn fast

The following will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of scripting languages or low-code automation
- Web-developer console basics
- Experience with managing chatbots, AI agents
- Experience managing with Atlassian Jira / Confluence / Service Desk, Google Workspace, Intercom, Chatbots, Slack, Discord, FreePA,
