What you will do

• Oversee financial strategy, policies, and procedures across entities in Cyprus, Greece, and Spain.
• Manage group-wide cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for stakeholders and investors.
• Lead and mentor accounting managers in Spain and Greece to develop talent.
• Build and maintain partnerships with banks, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing automations in reporting, workflows, and reconciliations.
• Manage external audits and oversee finance processes related to logistics, payments, and credit offerings.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong accounting knowledge with understanding of international standards.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and cash flow management.
• International experience in finance leadership roles.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Athens HQ and support entities in Cyprus, Greece, and Spain.
