What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close, coordinating with customer success and technical teams.
  • Create detailed business plans to meet goals and quotas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives across industries to close deals.
  • Consult with prospects and customers on business objectives and build long-term partnerships.
  • Model use cases demonstrating hirify.global's impact on business transformation.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain sales data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near London with hybrid work setup
  • Experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS or finance products.
  • Ability to develop mid-market accounts across EMEA.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with business leaders and executives.
  • Affinity for technology and finance or business planning experience.
