What you will do
- Provide consulting and support for SAP Customer Service (SAP-CS) and advise business departments on IT matters.
- Strengthen the SAP CS team for the international SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
- Conceive, design, and implement business solutions focusing on Customer Service and Field Service Management.
- Customize applications, conduct functional and integration tests, and support user acceptance testing.
- Create IT concepts for development teams and support application selection.
- Provide holistic support for SAP logistics applications, add-ons, and interfaces including 2nd level technical support.
- Collaborate closely with internal colleagues in an international environment.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
- Comprehensive SAP consulting experience in SAP Customer Service environment with focus on SAP CS.
- Experience with S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Field Service Management is appreciated.
- In-depth knowledge of service-to-cash processes, cross-module logistics integration (SD), and master data.
- Practical experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA business process conception and implementation.
- Several years of international work experience outside India.
- Experience introducing new processes or systems.
- Strong team player with cross-functional, process-oriented mindset and analytical skills.
- Strong customer and service orientation with diplomatic skills.
- Confident, independent working style and strong communication skills.
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German knowledge is a benefit.
