TL;DR
Junior Software Developer (Backend): Developing and integrating high-quality software solutions for Microsoft HR software with an accent on sustainable architecture, multi-currency and multi-language features, and seamless third-party integrations. Focus on building and testing web services, ensuring future-proof architecture, and collaborating closely with product management and Microsoft Redmond.
Location: Work exclusively at the modern headquarters in Würzburg

What you will do
- Collaborate with product management to develop best-in-class software solutions.
- Ensure sustainable and future-proof software architecture.
- Implement global features such as multi-currency, multi-language, and time-zone compatibility.
- Develop and integrate web services and third-party systems with thorough unit and integration testing.
- Use Dynamics 365 (C#, HTML5, JavaScript) and Azure DevOps for project management.
- Provide 3rd level support to customers and partners.
Requirements
- Experience with C#, Java, or comparable programming languages.
- Familiarity with clean code principles and test-driven development (TDD).
- Experience with build tools in software development.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English for communication in an intercultural team.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
