What you will do

• Work with customers to understand their production processes and business requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and map them to system functionalities.
• Configure and validate system components based on approved specifications.
• Support the customer during all phases of the project from requirement gathering through go-live.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Lead customer-facing workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT solution delivery or related project roles.
• Great communication in Thai and English both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel abroad for customer projects.
• Understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
