What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the IAM platform ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security experts to build features meeting business and security requirements.
• Develop Access Intelligence and identity lifecycle management features including user provisioning and access control.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and auditing to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability through code reviews and refactoring.
• Stay updated on IAM industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to innovate the platform.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of backend development experience focused on IAM, security, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Golang or Java and experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Location: Remote within the USA
