What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable content-generation services and backend infrastructure.
• Develop and support Content Management Systems via custom plugins and third-party integrations.
• Implement and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) workflows for content generation.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Data teams to deliver new platform features and ensure smooth deployments.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Cyprus with hybrid work in Limassol
• 3+ years experience as Fullstack or Platform Developer with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design.
• Experience with LLM APIs including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Proven expertise in API and microservice architecture.
• Solid command of Git, Docker, and agile development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Directus CMS custom extensions and headless CMS implementation.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI integration.
