Salary: $108,310 - $140,703 Annually

What you will do

• Serve as the single focal point/interface to the C-PM for each awarded Task Order.
• Ensure compliance with host nation customs and laws for the deployed workforce.
• Interface with the host nation sponsor to manage workforce entry, exit, credentials, and quality of life support.
• Provide management and oversight of contractor deployed workforce in executing Task Order requirements.
• Report weekly and monthly status on Task Order metrics, personnel, cost, schedule, and performance to the C-PM.
• Assist in preparing proposals for government contract modifications and implement plans for personnel qualifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in supervising personnel, managing complex technical programs, handling budgetary responsibilities, and interfacing with DOD customers.
• 2+ years of experience managing or supervising personnel in the Middle East.
• 5+ years of practical experience with military communication systems (Information Technology, RF Communications, Satellite Communications, Telecommunications, Analog, Power, RF Design, Tech Control).
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
• Active Secret Clearance.
