What you will do

• Manage internal finance projects focused on process improvement, system integration, and reporting automation.
• Coordinate onboarding of new service providers such as payment processors and infrastructure partners.
• Oversee IT and marketing subscriptions ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation.
• Map, document, and optimize finance workflows across all group entities.
• Track project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Prepare regular progress reports and lead internal project meetings.

Requirements

• English: B2+ (upper-intermediate) required
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in finance or operations.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Experience in onboarding or integration of new entities or systems.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
