What you will do

• Run daily service operations and drive KPIs: uptime, FTF, MTTR, CSAT/NPS.
• Build and maintain PFEP/S&OP, manage 3PL performance and spares availability.
• Execute RTP programs and hazardous shipments with end-to-end chain-of-custody.
• Coordinate repair-vs-reman-vs-recycle flows with approved partners.
• Own operational reporting, warranty claim execution, and cost tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years in aftermarket/after-sales/service operations; 2+ years leading teams.
• Working knowledge of Li-ion pack basics and field diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with hazmat logistics and RTP handling.
• Ability to travel 40% for sites, customers, and partners.
