• Manage offer development and optimize offer management processes and tools, including integration with HubSpot.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to align pricing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics such as revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• Location: Karlsruhe, Germany (hybrid work model)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in pricing, marketing, or product management in IT/Technology industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• English and German communication skills required.
