What you will do

• Implement, improve, extend, and maintain Termly applications
• Review and implement technical product requirements
• Solve and track problems through to resolution
• Provide team technical leadership and mentorship
• Share on-call responsibilities and act as tier 2 support

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Experience leading or managing application development teams
• Work during US business hours
• Proficiency in refactoring and unit testing
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience working on remote teams
• Familiarity with Ruby, Python, PostgreSQL, React, Kubernetes
