What you will do

• Own the funnel end to end: scope → JD → sourcing → structured interviews → offer → close
• Source and engage great people proactively; keep a healthy, diverse pipeline
• Raise the hiring bar: scorecards, trained interviewers, consistent candidate experience
• Shape our brand for Tech/AI talent with content, events, and a strong referral loop
• Be culture-positive: partner with founders on rituals, onboarding handover, and feedback loops

Requirements

• 3+ years of TA in a fast environment (startup/scale-up or agency)
• Experience hiring engineers and non-engineers
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven sourcing and conversion metrics
• Data-driven mindset with experience in employer branding for engineers/AI
