What you will do

• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and engineering teams to prioritize valuable features.
• Own and deliver full lifecycle feature implementations across frontend and backend.
• Participate in design discussions ensuring user-friendly web and mobile interfaces integrated with backend services.
• Review code and collaborate to improve engineering quality.
• Introduce best practices and tools to shape engineering culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in or open to relocating to the UAE
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to articulate technical and design requirements clearly.
• Experience writing clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Data-driven decision making and customer focus.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web servers, and deployment strategies.
