TL;DR
Data Engineer (Infra/DevOps): Designing, building, optimizing, and automating an end-to-end data platform within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem with an accent on cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and scalable data solutions. Focus on implementing Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and managing Azure data services including Data Lakes, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
Location: Hybrid role based in Vietnam with remote work option

What you will do
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Azure data services.
- Architect and manage Azure data components such as Data Lakes, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM/Bicep templates for Azure resources.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and manage deployments with Azure Kubernetes Service or Azure Container Instances.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and security controls including RBAC across the data platform.
Requirements
- Must have strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud data services and infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python (including PySpark) and SQL for data engineering tasks.
- Experience with DevOps automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
- Ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
- English proficiency at least B2 level is required.
Nice to have
- Azure certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).
- Familiarity with Data Governance tools like Azure Purview.
- Experience with real-time data ingestion using Azure Event Hubs or Azure Stream Analytics.
