What you will do

• Establish and implement test methodologies, procedures, and standards for automotive embedded systems.
• Manage setup and configuration of test environments including hardware and software.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure availability of test resources and tools.
• Oversee defect tracking and management throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership on automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and FlexRay.
• Manage and develop the testing and validation team to optimize productivity and quality.
