What you will do

• Lead the UI design process from concept to implementation ensuring compelling and intuitive designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to align UI designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Utilize user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to refine UI design decisions.
• Communicate design rationale clearly in critiques and stakeholder discussions.
• Maintain and enhance the UI design system for consistency and innovation across products.

Requirements

• Must be located in Berlin and work on-site.
• Strong experience in UI design for mobile-first products with a strong visual design portfolio.
• Exceptional visual design skills including attention to detail, color, typography, and accessibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Data-driven mindset using research and analytics to guide design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and/or gamified elements.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their influence on UI design.
