What you will do

• Own the design process from discovery to implementation balancing speed, quality, and impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to align design with business goals.
• Validate designs with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Lead design critiques and stakeholder discussions to communicate design rationale.
• Evolve and maintain the design system for consistency across products.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience designing mobile-first products with a strong portfolio.
• Outstanding visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail and accessibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Data-driven mindset using research and analytics to guide decisions.
• Located in Berlin and able to work on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and gamified elements.
• Technical awareness of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
