What you will do

• Lead security operations including SOC, SIEM, EDR, DLP, and identity management to improve detection, response, and recovery metrics.
• Manage major incident processes end-to-end, including war-room leadership and executive communications.
• Design and implement multi-layer incident response strategies with automation and crisis communication alignment.
• Enhance data protection capabilities and embed privacy-by-design practices aligned with security policies.
• Provide hands-on security architecture leadership partnering with enterprise teams to guide threat modeling and zero-trust patterns.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns and participate in customer briefings across North and South America.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years leading Security Operations, Incident Response, or data protection at scale.
• Proven experience managing major security incidents and cross-functional response.
• Practical experience in security architecture across identity, endpoint, cloud, network, and data controls.
• Strong communication skills for executive and customer engagement.
• Experience building operational metrics and dashboards for security controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with public sector customers and FedRAMP/StateRAMP compliance.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese for LATAM engagements.
• Experience partnering with marketing and sales on thought leadership and executive briefings.
