What you will do

• Lead and mentor a distributed data engineering team, fostering a culture of trust and growth.
• Own delivery and operational excellence of customer data integrations at scale.
• Design and implement integrations using IPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries and transformations in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

Requirements

• Must reside near Austin, TX, Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, or Toronto, Canada
• 7+ years of experience in software or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL, especially with Snowflake.
• Experience with data pipelines and data engineering technologies.
• High ownership and growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of SSO configurations (SAML, OIDC) and SCIM provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (ETL, data warehouses, DBT, reverse ETL).
