Salary: $120,000–$131,000 USD + bonus

What you will do

  • Convert inbound leads and support outbound prospecting to set qualified meetings and generate pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to align business needs with hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and manage the top of the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead qualification and sales strategies.
  • Engage prospects through outreach campaigns and personalized communication.
  • Track lead interactions and analyze performance data to optimize sales processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 10+ years of inside sales experience in SaaS, preferably in energy/utilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding or passion for electric utility buying economics is a must.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the utility/energy industry and knowledge of regulatory environments.
