Location: Hybrid (Global hubs), with mandatory in-office anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: €112,000 - 146,000 EUR

What you will do

• Own and mature the security review program, including secure code review, architecture review, and threat modeling.
• Manage vulnerability intake, triage, prioritization, and the bug bounty/responsible disclosure program.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to embed secure-by-design principles early in the development lifecycle.
• Integrate security tooling into developer and CI/CD workflows.
• Validate and reproduce application and infrastructure security findings via scanning and manual testing.
• Evaluate and respond to emerging threats, specifically those introduced by agentic product features and AI-assisted engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience securing complex applications and large-scale distributed cloud systems.
• Proficiency in reviewing applications written in Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with distributed cloud technology (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform) and associated security (IAM, networking).
• Direct experience with SDLC practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
