What you will do
- Own the technical art vision for League of Legends in Singapore, collaborating with LA teams.
- Lead and mentor Technical Art Managers and their teams across rendering, rigging, and shading disciplines.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and career development for technical art leadership roles.
- Contribute hands-on to tools, pipelines, and game engines to guide technical decisions.
- Define and align long-term technical strategies across regions and partner studios.
- Build and maintain a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing technical art culture.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years in games industry with 4+ years in technical art leadership or management
- Deep knowledge of game art production pipelines, especially real-time rendering and rigging.
- Hands-on experience with major game engines like Unreal or Unity.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and develop managers.
- Fluent English required
- Passion for League of Legends and understanding of cosmetics and player expectations.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping stylized AAA content.
- Programming or scripting skills (Python, C++, C#) to collaborate with engineers.
- Experience improving pipelines and workflows at scale.
- Multilingual skills such as Mandarin.
