What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design process from user research to UI handoff.
• Own redesign of a core product area for a specific customer segment.
• Translate real user insights into impactful design outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Advocate for users and clarify complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Shape design culture through mentoring and collaboration.

Requirements

• Must have strong experience designing data-dense, desktop B2B SaaS platforms with complex workflows.
• Lead end-to-end product design, especially in 0→1 projects.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working without detailed specs.
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Location: Hybrid work with office presence near London Bridge, London, UK.
