What you will do

• Develop product and brand positioning and create marketing materials for launches and updates.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to performance reporting.
• Ensure timely execution and measurement of campaigns across targeted channels.
• Collaborate with external partners such as KOLs, suppliers, and agencies.
• Maintain consistency of marketing materials with campaign messaging.
• Stay updated on trends, competitors, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.

Requirements

• English and Chinese proficiency required.
• 1-3 years experience in growth hacking within the web3 industry.
• Strong knowledge of product and brand campaigns.
• Creative and data-driven mindset with ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Remote work from Asia region.
