What you will do

• Define and implement the company-wide fraud strategy and risk framework.
• Design and implement fraud controls across the customer lifecycle.
• Establish and manage fraud investigations and response processes.
• Act as a “player-coach” while building a dedicated fraud team.
• Liaise with regulators and monitor emerging fraud trends.

Requirements

• Proven track record in fraud prevention within financial services or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of fraud risks across fiat payments and crypto.
• Hands-on experience setting up fraud programs and controls.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and fraud requirements.
• Leadership skills with a willingness to be hands-on.
