Technical Support Engineer

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for hirify.global’s APIs and SDKs, focusing on email infrastructure.
• Address and resolve complex customer issues involving email protocols and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to report bugs and improve products.
• Maintain and contribute to internal and external technical knowledge bases.
• Work shifts supporting EMEA customers, including weekends and rostering.

Requirements

• Must be based in India (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, or New Delhi) and able to work shift hours 12pm-9pm or 1pm-10pm IST.
• 3+ years experience with email infrastructure (MUA, MTA) and protocols (SMTP, SSL, TLS).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and cloud solutions troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work weekends and irregular shifts as required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of POP3, IMAP, and client-server protocols like Tenet.
• Basic SQL and Curl command knowledge.
• Strong time management and workflow optimization skills.
