What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and brand awareness in India
- Sell CPaaS solutions to software companies, telcos, system integrators, and resellers
- Identify and acquire high-potential partners for long-term strategic relationships
- Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contract processes
- Manage multiple projects and deals while forecasting opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Execute comprehensive territory plans aligned with business goals
Requirements
- Must have at least 5-8 years of proven quota success in sales roles
- Native or business fluency in Hindi desired to work with Hindi-speaking customers
- Deep knowledge and network within the India market
- Experience selling to software companies, telcos, system integrators, or resellers
- Technical understanding of CPaaS solutions and cloud communications
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Telco industry experience
- Experience selling SaaS/CPaaS solutions to technical and business audiences
- Understanding of cloud computing and communications business models
