• Creating compelling visual solutions that effectively communicate the brand's identity and message across various platforms.
• Contributing to the overall user experience by ensuring that all visual elements are cohesive, engaging, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Translating business and user domain knowledge into fresh and user-centric visual concepts.
• Presenting and justifying creative decisions in regular peer review sessions.
• Communicating creative decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Integrating new tools and workflows into the design process.

Requirements

• Visual design expertise. Strong grasp of layout, typography, colour theory, and illustration.
• Creative conceptualisation. Experience in brainstorming and developing innovative and original creative concepts.
• Storytelling. Ability to craft visual narratives that convey complex information.
• Branding. Excellent understanding of branding and the ability to create cohesive visual solutions.
• Versatility and adaptability. Ability to adapt your design style and approach to different projects.
