What you will do

• Design and deliver key app features ensuring high-quality user experiences
• Move from concepts to detailed UI designs hands-on
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship work quickly
• Share work and use feedback for continuous improvement
• Grow as a designer by deepening craft and domain knowledge
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for product consistency

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with office in Sofia and remote flexibility
• 2+ years of experience in digital product design
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail demonstrated in portfolio
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter mentality with initiative to move work forward
• Proficiency in Figma

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or regulated industries
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product success
