Salary: $103,000–$128,350 per year

What you will do

  • Lead all phases of data center development from site prospecting to construction readiness.
  • Manage site identification, land acquisition, permitting, and approvals with regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate engineering, design, interconnection, and utilities to ensure robust and sustainable data center infrastructure.
  • Engage stakeholders including local officials, community leaders, and customers to maintain project compliance and support.
  • Oversee contract management, project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Support business development through pipeline reporting and market research.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the US and able to work onsite in specified cities.
  • Minimum 5 years of project development experience in data centers, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, finance, logistics, project/construction management, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of data center development, permitting, contracting, utilities, and interconnection processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable with travel averaging 20% or more as needed.
