What you will do

• Review and disposition transaction monitoring alerts to identify suspicious activity
• Investigate suspicious activity and prepare documentation for SAR filings
• Review sanctions and PEP screening alerts and escalate true matches
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on higher-risk customers and entities
• Optimize AML systems and transaction monitoring rules
• Support bank partner requests, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Identify process improvements and contribute to compliance procedures and training

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in compliance operational teams
• Familiarity with KYC/KYB, BSA/AML, sanctions, EDD, and financial crimes compliance
• Ability to handle multiple and fast-changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Investigative and critical thinking skills

• Accreditation by ACAMS or equivalent industry body
• Experience supporting a growing compliance team
