What you will do

• Design and evolve delivery management practices enabling independent team progress.
• Create and maintain a measurement system for data-driven time-to-market acceleration.
• Prioritize and implement initiatives to accelerate delivery based on data.
• Monitor and resolve delivery risks including overload, dependencies, and priorities.
• Forecast time-to-market using historical and real-time data.
• Provide feedback on delivery behaviors and participate in hiring assessments.

Requirements

• Experience as Delivery or Project Manager with a stable, cross-functional live game team.
• Proven Agile methodology implementation experience.
• Experience measuring and improving delivery speed and quality using metrics like DORA.
• Understanding of technical pipelines to identify and delegate constraint resolution.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as YouTrack, Jira, Linear, or Asana.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.
