Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Enablement.
• Proven experience in designing and launching learning programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and impact measurement.
• Experience managing learning systems or tools.
• Analytical and insight-driven, using data to evaluate program effectiveness.
