What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll processes to support global requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to translate business needs into Workday solutions.
• Support payroll-related integrations and troubleshoot issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation including runbooks and process guides.
• Participate in testing and deployment of Payroll enhancements and fixes.

Requirements

• Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
• English: B2 level or higher
• 3+ years of experience working with Workday Payroll configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of US Payroll and compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll-related reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification in Payroll.
• Experience with global payroll processes beyond US (EMEA, APAC).
• Knowledge of tax compliance, garnishments, and retro pay calculations.
• Exposure to Workday Studio or advanced integration tools.
