About the Project:
Our client is a leading multi-service platform offering rides, deliveries, intercity travel, freight shipping, errands, and financial services.
The AI Solution Delivery team is dedicated to creating value by developing initiatives in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Reinforcement Learning, all focused on enhancing customer experiences. The team's current primary focus is automating the driver verification process, where expertise in Computer Vision is critical.

Qualifications:
• Strong foundation in mathematics and technical concepts (e.g., calculus, probability, statistics).
• Solid understanding of core machine learning algorithms and evaluation metrics.
• Hands-on experience deploying models to production in at least one ML domain (e.g., CV, NLP, RL); proficiency in Computer Vision is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with modern ML advancements, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficient in Python and experienced in software development practices, encompassing the full ML model lifecycle and deployment of ML-based services.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or a background in Software Engineering is a plus.
• Ability to make trade-offs between development speed and quality, justifying decisions effectively.
• English proficiency: Intermediate level or higher.

• A problem-solving mindset, prioritizing innovative solutions over solely relying on past experience.
• Skill in clarifying and refining requirements directly with stakeholders.
• Readiness to collaborate and pair-program with fellow engineers on complex challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), preprocess data, create features, and build robust model training pipelines.
• Establish and optimize processes for data discovery, data annotation, and metric definition, while automating model training workflows.
• Prepare and package models and pipelines for production deployment.
• Research and evaluate new methodologies and state-of-the-art (SOTA) tools, studying research papers to find applications for business problems.
• Share insights, research findings, and personal expertise at internal and external events.
