About this Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst who’s ready to grow fast, dive into international projects, and learn from experienced professionals. You’ll join a project that develops a software solution for parking for a Swedish client, working in a friendly team under the Scrum methodology.
Requirements:
🔸 6+ months of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
🔸 English proficiency — B2+
🔸 Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum principles
🔸 Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools
🔸 Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Lead BA and dive into product logic
- Detail and document requirements, features, and user flows
- Keep project documentation structured and up to date
- Participate in client meetings and clarify business needs
- Translate business ideas into clear developer tasks
