What you will do
- Drive new business through outbound sales and lead engagement.
- Collaborate with SDR and marketing teams to refine target account profiles.
- Present demos and consultatively communicate benefits to prospects.
- Close accounts efficiently and track progress using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes and technology stack.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency (C2) is a must.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in high-volume roles.
- Experience in HR or FinTech software sales is a strong plus; EOR experience is even better.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and handling complex deals.
- Experience working fully remote.
