What you will do
- Manage full lifecycle of employee migration including visas, work permits, and residence renewals
- Coordinate with government authorities and immigration consultants to meet regulatory requirements
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Prepare HR documents such as employment agreements and confirmation letters
- Collaborate with finance and service providers for payroll and benefits coordination
- Support employee benefits including language courses and performance reviews
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or migration specialist role
- Proven knowledge of visa application, work permits, and employment documentation
- Proficiency in English and Russian; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Familiarity with regional labor and immigration laws and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
