Salary: $191,000 - $253,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and deliver AI-native products and tools solving healthcare challenges and optimizing workflows
• Build and extend AI features across full stack ensuring production readiness and platform integration
• Drive full product lifecycle from requirements to scalable feature delivery connecting AI to business value
• Rapidly prototype using GenAI models and agent orchestration frameworks with fast user feedback
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify AI leverage points and embed AI thinking
• Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques including LLMs, generative models, and multi-agent systems

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US
• Proven experience building AI-powered systems from prototype to production
• Strong proficiency with LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent orchestration
• Fluency in Python and experience with GenAI frameworks
• Full stack engineering skills including React or Vue and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent hands-on experience

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data modalities such as claims, EHR, or genomic data
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark, Snowflake, or Databricks
